Cleaning & Care Instructions

Keeping your dishcloth fresh is simple:

• Washing Machine: Wash with laundry loads at temperatures up to 194°F (90°C).
• Dishwasher: Place on the top rack to clean and sanitize.
• Boiling: Boil for one minute to fully sterilize.

Made from 70% cellulose and 30% cotton, this cloth is a kitchen workhorse.

• Absorbency: Absorbs over 15 times its own weight in liquid, perfect for spills.
• Hygienic: Dries quickly to a hard state, preventing the growth of bacteria and mildew odors common in sponges. Simply rewet to soften.
• Surface Safe: The non-abrasive texture is safe for all surfaces, including granite, stainless steel, and non-stick pans.

Sustainability & End-of-Life

Unlike plastic microfiber, this plant-based cloth is 100% biodegradable. The Candle Tree design uses eco-friendly, water-based inks. When it's worn out, simply cut it into small pieces for your home compost bin. It will fully decompose in 6 to 8 weeks.
