Spritz Cookie Recipe:
1¬ Cups Butter, ¬ Cup Sugar,
3¬ Cups Wheat Flour, 1 Egg Yolk
Mix all ingredients to a smooth dough. Fill the cookie press and use the star shape, press and make cookies of around 3 inches in diameter, shaped into a ring. Bake on a buttered baking tray in a medium hot oven (400 degrees for about 8-12 minutes)
