Tomte Santa Girl with Skis and Poles - Grey - 4.5"

My extensive order from Scandinavianshoppe caused much disappointment.After receiving several communications to inform me that there was a problem with the paperwork, , I had to go to a Customs Office in Germany to collect, open each and every item, and answer many questions. The problem arose because the only description of contents on the Customs Form on the outside of the box was 'Merchandise'. There was no mention of what type of merchandise. Each item had to be opened and thoroughly checked. I had hoped the Customer Services of Scandinavianshoppe might offer an apology but nothing has been received. This Tomte is delightful and I would buy again but not from this seller.
