Lars Own Swedish Gingersnaps Box - Pepparkakor Cookies

These are excellent ginger snaps: spicy, thin, and with the right amount of snap when they break. But where is the cardamon? I don't consider cookies true pepparkakor unless they contain it. But these are tasty and I highly recommend them.

They were a gift for my mother in law for Mother’s Day. She loved them. She said they were much better than IKEA’s. I’m going to buy her some more. Thanks!
