Love it! Just be sure to grease the pan really well (I used butter and spray), and cool it completely before removing it from the pan.

Almond Cake
I only gave it 4 stars because the recipe directions dont work. You MUST use a baking spray in order for the cake to be removed from the pan - butter does not work. You SHOULD lower the temperature and use 325 convection backat 50 minutes for a cake that is golden, not brown

love the pan & cake the only problem is that the cake sticks to the pan I have tried pam & butter, shortening dont know what else to do.
