Shipping Deadline - Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours, unless a particular item is temporarily out of stock, of which you will be notified.
Shipping Rates - Rates are calculated real-time when you place your order, based upon shipment weight, shipping method and destination zip code. We currently offer the following options:
- U.S. Mail - First Class Mail 1-5 Business Days
- U.S. Mail - Ground Advantage 2-5 Business Days
- U.S. Mail - Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days
- U.S. Mail - Express Mail 1-3 Business Days
- UPS - Ground 1-5 Business Days
- UPS - 3-Day Select 3 Business Days
- UPS - 2nd Day Air 2 Business Days
- UPS - Next Day Air Next Day
When offered, free shipping is within the contiguous USA
These numbers are estimates based on our most common orders. The times listed above are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding all national holidays). For UPS shipments, please call us if you require a Saturday delivery.

Product Returns
We will only cover return shipping costs for defective or damaged items via a prepaid return label.
Returned merchandise must include a copy of the receipt. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Returns received after 30 days will be charged a re-stocking fee of 10%.
The shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 14 days for the processing of your return.
