Very soft and stretchy, lightweight knit fabric. The beautiful rosemaling print is single-sided, so fold this carefully if you want the design show clearly as you wear it. About 8.5 inches across, it may be a wee bit tight for heads/necks that are not in a small to medium small range when worn as a buff.
